  Don't misinterpret 4 stars as being a 4 star restaurant and don't get me wrong Bojangles fast food is exactly that ... Bojangles fast food.
  They have decent food but this Bojangles had great customer service.  I always ask for my food to be cooked fresh and that I don't mind waiting.
  Usually I get the "sir ... Our food is always fresh or we just made that " and my usual response is "I don't care" but this Bojangles always says YES and cooks my food the way I want it.
  Their parking lot , lobby and bathrooms are always clean which goes miles with me !
  So I say ... Give em' a try !  I don't think they will disappoint you.

  Keeping in mind that I LOVE Bojangles, it really does pain me to give a rating this low, but this particular Bojangles sucks.
  Saturday morning, 2/10/2018 my better half and I went in to eat at about 8:30am. We were greeted by a girl standing at the register who started taking our order. About halfway through  giving her our order another female employee walks over to where to the register we were at, physically pushes aside the girl taking our order, cancelled our transaction, then rings up an order for the drive thru, thwn turns around and walks off without so much as a sorry. The girl waiting on us had to start our transaction over. When we did get our food it tasted like it had been sitting for a while, the cheese on my biscuits had turned hard, and plastic like. Remember, this was peak breakfast time on a Saturday. We won't be going back. As much as I do love Bojangles, this place is a waste of time and money.

  I've been here 2 times and both times I have left disappointed and frustrated. Last time I went, they didn't have any sweet potato pies (might as well be McDonald's) and they rushed me when I was trying to decide what I wanted to order in the drive through. Food was good, though, so we hoped it was just a bad day and came back today. Got rushed in the drive through again which I find very rude (by that, I mean they said hello, I said just one minute please, and less than a minute later they're trying to get me to order... With NO ONE BEHIND ME). Also got unsweetened tea instead of sweet for our drinks, so we just went to chickfila and got tea. We will probably continue to give them our money instead, at least they don't rush us or get our order wrong. Oh, and my fries were cold. Come on, guys.

  Man do I love some Bojangles. I have only had the lunch and dinner items a few times. It was good but the breakfast is where it's at. The best biscuit to me is the Cajun filet with bo rounds. Gotta grab a sweet tea to make it right. Service has always been a pleasure. This chicken joint ain't too bad to be a fast food restaurant.

  I was excited when Bojangles came to Griffin ... but that didn't last long. I've gone back several times now. Each time hoping it will redeem the prior visit, but this is absolutely the worst Bojangles I've been to in a long time. They have consistently gotten my orders wrong at the drive through ... yesterday, we decided to try them one more time ... the chicken was covered in thick breading that was greasy and the chicken itself was tough. The rice is mushy ... the only redeeming food is the Bo-Taters ... that's pretty sad. I write only in hopes that they will pay attention and possibly get better.  I definitely do not recommend it!
